Ouro is an AI tattoo design and try-on app developed by Anthony Delmotte ("we", "us", or "our"). If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us at: ouro.tattoo.app@gmail.com
Ouro uses your camera to preview a design on your skin, and your photo library to save the images you choose to keep. Photos are only saved when you tap Save — nothing is captured or stored without your action.
Your prompt and, for a realistic try-on, your skin photo are sent to our generation service (built on Google Gemini) to render your design. These are used only to generate your images and are not used to train models or shared with advertisers.
Kept designs (your Book), the onboarding flag, and your quiz answers are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
To enforce free-tier and monthly Pro limits, and to stop the generation service from being abused at our expense, we count your design generations and try-ons against the anonymous identifier RevenueCat assigns to your install. This count is stored server-side (via Upstash) and isn't linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
Purchases are processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat, which receives your anonymous purchase/entitlement status to unlock Pro features. We don't receive your payment details.
Google (which powers generation), RevenueCat (which powers subscriptions), and Upstash (which stores fair-use counts) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, it's covered by their own safeguards (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL). Reach out at ouro.tattoo.app@gmail.com to exercise any of these.
Ouro isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
